Phycocyanin

Description

Phycocyanin is an intracellular protein that is extracted from spirulina and isolated by precipitation of broken spirulina cells. It is called phycocyanin because it appears blue after extraction. It is not only a protein but also a good natural food color. It is found more in spirulina, anabaena and auricularia etc, and among which the spirulina is richest of protein.

Phycocyanin can improve the activity of lymphocytes, improve the immunity of the body through the lymphatic system, and enhance the ability of the body to prevent and resist diseases.
