Description
Mangosteen extract is extracted from mangosteen, Garcinia mangostana, family Garciniaceae, containing heteroxanthones, phenolic acids, anthocyanosides, and polymerized ellagic acids. Among them, α-mangostin is an xanthone with significant antioxidant properties and anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effects. Mangosteen extract has good cosmetic and skin care properties, anti-wrinkle and effectively delays skin aging.
