Description
The secret to broccoli's healing effects is a substance called sulforaphane, which acts as an antioxidant. In 1992, scientists at Johns Hopkins University Medical School first discovered that broccoli is rich in sulforaphane. Five years later, medical researchers found that broccoli sprouts were a better source of sulforaphane, with more than 20 times the amount of sulforaphane (the beneficial component of vegetables) than mature plants. Based on this study, broccoli supplements were developed from sprouts specifically cultured to provide a concentrated form of sulforaphane.
Function:
1. Support the body's ability to detoxify, especially during the second phase of detoxification;
2. Reduce inflammation;
3. It can reduces the risk of neurodegenerative diseases.
