Field Visit at Our Green Planting Base of Gardenia, Pomelo and Purple Sweet Potato
Nov 10, 2025
In this era of pursuing health and quality, we firmly believe that every high-quality product that reaches consumers originates from a pure land. Recently,Kingherbs’ quality assurance team conducted a deep-dive field visit to one of our long-term partner farms which covers 2 million square meters. The trip focused on the cultivation of three key botanicals: Gardenia, Pomelo, and Purple Sweet Potato, reaffirming Kingherbs shared commitment to sustainable and superior agricultural practices.

The visit provided a firsthand look at the vibrant growth cycles of each crop. Our team walked the fields, inspecting the robust Gardenia (Gardenia jasminoides Ellis) plants, which were heavy with buds, promising a bountiful harvest of the valuable golden fruits used in both traditional wellness and natural colorants.
"We are at a crucial stage for the Gardenia," noted our lead agronomist. "Observing the health of these plants directly correlates to the potency and quality of the final extract. It's encouraging to see such meticulous care in practice."

The journey continued through the sprawling Pomelo. The team reviewed the integrated pest management programs in place. The focus was on how the farm cultivates the pomelo not just for its delicious flesh, but also for the nutrient-rich peel, a valuable component we utilize in our product lines.

Finally, Kingherbs’ team visited the fields of Purple Sweet Potato (Ipomoea batatas), where the rich, violet-hued tubers were being carefully harvested. The deep color of the potatoes is a direct indicator of their high anthocyanin content—a powerful antioxidant. We verified the organic fertilization methods and soil health, which are fundamental to achieving this superior quality.
These visits allow us to align on quality from the ground up, ensuring traceability and purity for our customers. Seeing the sustainable methods used for the Gardenia, Pomelo and Purple Sweet Potato solidifies our confidence in this collaboration."
This hands-on assessment underscores our "Seed to Shelf" philosophy. By strengthening relationships with our partner farms and verifying cultivation practices, we continue to deliver on our promise of natural, effective, and trustworthy products.
