Brazilian Clients Visit Our Factory for On-Site Audit and Evaluation

Oct 28 2026, we were honored to welcome two clients from Brazil to our factory for an on-site inspection and evaluation. The visit provided a valuable opportunity for our guests to gain a comprehensive understanding of our manufacturing capabilities, quality control systems, and research and development strengths.

The factory tour covered the entire production process in detail. Accompanied by our team, the clients visited the raw material warehouse, product feeding area, ethanol extraction, concentration, separation and purification, filtration, spray drying, clean-area mixing and sieving, UV disinfection, packaging, and finished product warehouse. Throughout the tour, our guests carefully observed each stage of production and made detailed inquiries regarding our processes and equipment.

Following the factory inspection, the clients also visited our laboratory, where they were introduced to our testing instruments, including HPLC and UV equipment, as well as our R&D department. These visits further demonstrated our commitment to rigorous quality control and continuous innovation.

The visit concluded with a meeting in our conference room, where we delivered a company presentation covering our profile, core strengths, and recommended flagship samples. The clients also introduced their own company, providing us with a better understanding of their business and market focus.

Overall, the clients expressed great satisfaction with our factory. They noted that they had visited multiple plant extract manufacturers, and ours stood out as the cleanest, most orderly, and most clearly organized facility they had seen. They affirmed our factory's capabilities and spoke highly of the reception and hospitality they received throughout the visit.
