Description
Loquat leaf extract is derived from Eriobotrya japonica. Its main active ingredient is ursolic acid, a triterpenoid compound found naturally in plants. It has a variety of biological effects such as sedative, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, anti-diabetic, anti-ulcer and hypoglycemic. Ursolic acid also has significant antioxidant properties and is therefore widely used as an ingredient in pharmaceuticals and cosmetics. Loquat leaf extract may be a new type of drug with low toxicity and high efficiency. It can increase the blood flow of coronary blood vessels, improve coronary artery circulation, so that the coronary artery failure is compensated, and then to achieve a strong heart effect. It also has the effect of anti-ventricular fibrillation, atrial fibrillation and paroxysmal arrhythmia, and has the effect of restoring the fatigue heartbeat.
Main active ingredients
Triterpenoids
rsolic Acid: anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, antioxidant, inhibits tumor cell proliferation.
Oleanolic Acid: protects the liver, lowers blood sugar, and regulates immunity.
Eriobotroside: a unique ingredient with antitussive and expectorant effects.
Flavonoids
Quercetin, Kaempferol: antioxidant, antiallergic, inhibits inflammatory factors (such as IL-6, TNF-α).
Volatile oils
Contains nerolidol, linalool, etc., which have antibacterial and bronchial spasm-relieving effects.
Polysaccharides Eriobotrya japonica polysaccharide (EJP) can enhance immunity and regulate intestinal flora.
Others
Amygdalin (toxicity should be noted), organic acids (such as malic acid), vitamin B group, etc.
Function:
1. Sedative effects;
2. Anti-inflammatory effects;
3. Antimicrobial effects;
4. Antidiabetic effects;
5. Anti-ulcer effects;
6. Blood sugar lowering.
Application:
Mainly used in the pharmaceutical industry, healthcare industry, cosmetics industry, etc.
